Having grown up in Thomson, Serangoon / Kovan area and lived a big part of my life in Sengkang, naturally, I am very familiar with these areas and several of my listings and transactions are in these areas. Nevertheless, with good word of mouth, I am also happy to help my clients manage their properties in other parts of Singapore. One of my most memorable achievement was to help my landed house seller obtain 75% offer rate in one day, and within one week of listing!

During her corporate years, Pauline was with the Singapore Productivity & Standards Board and the Ministry of Social & Family Development for a period of over 10 years. Through national level events, training programmes and promotion initiatives such as community outreach activities, newsletters and publications, website and social media, Pauline played an instrumental role to promote quality assurance, service quality and social services to the public and stakeholders. Pauline also had the opportunity to work in the valuation department of a local bank in the earlier years, and it was then that Pauline witnessed the investment value of real estate in Singapore.
As a real estate advisor since 2015, Pauline is happy to help people around her acquire their dream home and grow their wealth. Her property transactions span across HDB, resale condos, new launches, landed and industrial properties.
Pauline has had the opportunity to experience living in different types of properties including HDB, condo, terrace house, cluster house, mixed development in Jakarta and a villa in Beijing. A mom to two teenage boys, Pauline loves to travel and experience different cuisines and cultures. She hopes to bring greater value to her professional interest through her executive and personal experiences and expertise.
