New private home sales jumped nearly 71% in July from the previous month.
The total number of units launched has been lower than the total number of units sold since February 2021.
The interest rate hike did not seem to deter new home buyers.
The strong take-up rate at AMO Residence has set a positive sentiment for the rest of the year. Good response is projected for upcoming new launches - Sky Eden @ Bedok and Lentor Modern.
